Abdul Khaliq Owdah Alshamrani Contracting Est. as an approved Contractor of Royal Commission of Jubail & Yanbu is qualified to undertake Earthwork to the extent of Excavation, filling , compacting, grading, gravel surfacing and soil-cement surfacing of dikes in compliance with applicable codes and standards , testing and quality control.

• Grading which include adjacent transition areas, smooth surface , finish unpaved areas to receive topsoil within limited tolerance.
• Excavation to include removal of all disposal, obstruction and all material encountered.
• Backfill and fill all excavated as promptly as required by placing backfill and fill materials in layers.
• Compaction in controlling soil compaction during construction providing maximum percentage of density. Also to control moisture within the code.
